How we collect, use and protect your data — in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
1. Who we are
"Etisalna" is the trade name of Hala Etisalna Company, Al Yarmouk, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, licensed by the Communications, Space & Technology Commission. We provide cloud communications, WhatsApp and AI through the Klamna platform and are the controller of personal data collected through this website under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
2. Scope
This policy covers etisalna.sa and its contact channels. Data our business customers process on Klamna (their customers' chats and call recordings) is processed on their behalf under their instructions and our service agreement; the customer is its controller.
3. Data we collect
- Provided by you: name, mobile number, e-mail, company and message when you contact us or request a quote.
- Communications: records of calls and chats with our team; calls may be recorded for quality, with notice.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser, pages visited and traffic source (e.g. ads and campaign identifiers).
We do not collect sensitive data or payment card details on this website.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering enquiries and preparing quotes or trials (your request and consent).
- Providing contracted services, account management and billing (contract and legal obligations, including tax and Zakat rules).
- Improving the site and measuring advertising (consent where required and our legitimate interest).
- Security, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
You may withdraw consent at any time.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand usage and measure campaigns (e.g. WhatsApp or call button clicks). Google may process this technical data outside the Kingdom under its own policies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
6. Sharing
We never sell personal data. We share it only as necessary with service providers bound by confidentiality, with Meta for WhatsApp communication, with licensed telecom carriers, and with authorities where the law requires.
7. Where data is stored
Klamna servers and customer data (chats and call recordings) are hosted inside Saudi Arabia. Any transfer outside the Kingdom follows the applicable cross-border transfer rules.
8. Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to serve you and maintain the business relationship, then delete or anonymise them unless the law requires longer retention (e.g. invoices).
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational controls including HTTPS encryption, least-privilege access, two-factor authentication, audit logs and backups, in line with applicable cybersecurity requirements.
10. Your rights
Under the PDPL you may be informed about processing, access and obtain a copy of your data, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent or unsubscribe from marketing. Contact us below; you may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
12. Changes
We may update this policy and will publish the new version here with its date.
